Concept Nutrition | Nutrition for Wound Healing


A. Nutrition understanding
Nutrition is an organic substance required for normal functioning of organism body systems, growth, maintenance of health. Nutrients obtained from food and liquids are then assimilated by the body.
B. Nutrition for Wound Healing
Nutritional needs of post-circumcision would have increased. Nutrients needed to accelerate post prosos circumcision wound healing. Nutrients are required as follows:
1) Protein
Protein is a food substance that is essential for the body, because these substances in addition to functioning as a fuel in the body also serves as a substance builders and regulators. 3) Fluid
Other nutrients that are required after circumcision is fluid intake, which is a medium where all metabolic processes take place. Its function can not be replaced by other compounds. 4) Vitamin
